About Alicia Wadsworth
The Wadsworth Edit was founded on the belief that the most memorable travel experiences are thoughtfully curated rather than simply booked.
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, Alicia Wadsworth brings a deep understanding of service, detail and what truly elevates a travel experience. Her career has been built around creating exceptional guest experiences, a foundation that now informs every journey she designs.
Holding a WSET Diploma in Wine and Spirits, Alicia’s approach to travel is naturally shaped by a love of food, wine and destination-led experiences. Many of her travels have been centred around exploring the world’s great wine regions, from Europe, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and beyond.
Originally from Sydney and now based in Singapore, Alicia works with clients across the globe, designing bespoke journeys that feel seamless, considered and entirely personal.
A Global Perspective
Alicia’s travels span Australia, New Zealand, Europe, North America, Asia, South Africa and Polynesia, shaping a nuanced and intuitive understanding of how people experience different destinations.
Her connection to travel began early, exploring the world with her family, from Greece and Turkey to Fiji, Vanuatu, Hawaii and throughout Asia and Australia. These formative experiences sparked an enduring curiosity for culture, place and the distinct rhythm of each destination.
Over time, this has evolved into a refined, experience-led perspective. From European summers in coastal villages and wine regions to island escapes across Polynesia and Southeast Asia, Alicia brings both depth and discernment to every journey she designs.
The result is travel that feels not only seamless, but deeply considered, shaped by experience, guided by insight, and tailored to the way each client wants to explore the world.
A Personal Approach to Travel
Alicia’s travel style reflects a balance of refinement and ease.
Her love of food and wine naturally informs the way she designs itineraries, often weaving in exceptional restaurants, local producers and unique regional experiences that bring a destination to life.
At the same time, as a mother, she is equally experienced in planning travel that works beautifully for families, creating journeys that feel seamless, relaxed and enjoyable for both adults and children.
First-Hand Experience
Many of the hotels, destinations and experiences recommended through The Wadsworth Edit have been visited personally.
This first-hand knowledge ensures every recommendation is grounded in genuine experience, from boutique hotels and island resorts to wineries, restaurants and hidden local gems.
The Wadsworth Edit Philosophy
The Wadsworth Edit exists to remove the overwhelm of planning and replace it with thoughtful curation.
Each itinerary is designed with care, balancing iconic destinations with lesser-known experiences, exceptional hotels with a strong sense of place, and every detail considered from start to finish.
The focus is always the same: creating journeys that feel effortless, personal and memorable.
A Note from Alicia
I’ve always believed that the best travel experiences are often the simplest — a long lunch overlooking the sea, discovering a small winery tucked away from the crowds, or finding a place that feels completely unique.
The Wadsworth Edit exists to bring those moments together seamlessly, so you can simply enjoy the experience.
